Here is how I obtained a helicopter in GTA: LCS. It can be aquired in the mission False Idols. I had prepared a Yankee truck, the weapon tire 2 code for a rocket laucher and the cars can jump code. The pause at about 2 minutes is where I look up the no wanted level code. Credit to first finding this method to obtain the helicopter goes to Matt J. Enjoy.
